We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer with deep expertise in electrical systems and embedded/software engineering to lead end-to-end project development across the next generation of products.

You’ll be working on exciting projects across the MOD Sector establishing and building relations with some of the biggest names in Defence Manufacturing!

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept to delivery

* Provide technical authority on electrical design, embedded systems, control software and system architecture

* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive project success

* Produce engineering documentation, project plans, risk assessments and technical reports

* Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence

* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements and certification processes

* Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve high-level technical challenges

Experience required:

* Degree (BEng/MEng) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Software Engineering or similar

* Strong track record in managing complex engineering projects

* Knowledge of system integration, testing, validation and verification

* Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and communicate technical detail clearly

* Able to obtain Security Clearance
