SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time & Flexible Part-Time – Wimbledon

We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Wimbledon. We have both full-time long-term roles and flexible part-time positions available, depending on your availability and preference.

About the Role:
• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Supporting children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or speech and language needs
• Assisting with small-group interventions
• Helping pupils regulate emotions and access learning
• Working closely with class teachers and SENCo
• Encouraging independence and positive behaviour
We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting children with SEN (preferred)
• A patient, calm and nurturing approach
• Confidence supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A reliable and professional attitude
