As an Automotive Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our Blue Collar focussed Automotive Composites team. You will typically recruit for Laminators, Composite Fitter and Machinists as well as the opportunity to place Quality Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers in both permanent and contract positions.

You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

If you're more junior or new to recruitment, you’ll need strong commercial awareness, a natural sales mindset, and the motivation to grow in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
