As a Lead Nurse, you will:

Lead and inspire a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Collaborate with Consultants, Therapists, and wider MDTs for seamless rehabilitation pathways.
Oversee clinical standards, care planning, and risk assessments.
Mentor and support both new and experienced nursing team members.

NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) qualification.
Significant experience in neurorehabilitation, complex care, or long-term conditions.
