Site Technician

Location: High Oakham Road, Mansfield, NG18 5AJ

Start Date: ASAP                                               

Contract Duration: 2+ Months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 13.26 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Manage the site on behalf of property services.

Work with the residential team to ensure safety and maintenance.

Perform minor repairs and maintenance.

Ensure building compliance is completed.

Work hours: 5 hours per day, 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM, with a ½ hour unpaid lunch break.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Ability to manage site operations.

Experience in performing repairs and maintenance.

Understanding of building compliance requirements.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a residential environment.

Good communication skills to work with a team.
