Nursery Room Leader - Lead, Inspire, Make a Difference!

Position: Temp to Permanent

Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career?

Do you have the leadership skills to guide a dedicated team and create a positive, nurturing environment for young children?

Your Role Will Include:

* Leading and supporting a team of practitioners within the room.

* Planning and delivering fun, stimulating and educational activities in line with the EYFS Curriculum.

* Monitoring and recording children's progress and development.

* Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and Health& Safety are maintained.

* Building strong relationships with parents and carers.

* Acting as a positive role model and mentor to other team members

Requirements:

* Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education

* Previous experience in a nursery setting

* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development

* Strong organisation, leadership and communication skills.

* A genuine passion for working with children.
