Branta are looking for a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer to join a small team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career, or with some basic hands-on experience, who is keen to learn and progress into a fully qualified engineer role.

Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll receive on-the-job training and support while gaining valuable skills in installation, servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

Assist engineers with the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems

*

Carry tools, materials and help prepare work areas

*

Learn how to service and fault-find under supervision

*

Ensure health & safety standards are always followed

*

Provide a professional and helpful approach when on-site with customers

About You

*

Some basic mechanical/electrical knowledge or hands-on experience (desirable, not essential)

*

A genuine interest in building a career in air conditioning and refrigeration

*

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior engineers

*

Reliable, enthusiastic and keen to progress

*

Full UK driving licence (preferred, not essential at trainee level)

£10.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
