KS1 Teacher - Leeds
Milk Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in the LS14 area. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced teachers or early career teachers (ECTs) ready to make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development.
The Role
Long-term, part time role
KS1 - a welcoming, inclusive primary school
Support for pupils with additional needs and SEN within KS1
You will lead the classroom, deliver engaging lessons, and provide tailored support to ensure all children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Support and differentiate for pupils with SEN and additional needs
Occasionally provide 1:1 support for pupils requiring extra help
Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
Track pupil progress and contribute to assessments and reporting
Work collaboratively with colleagues, SENCO, and school leaders
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECTs welcomed
Experience in KS1
Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
