Job Title: Project Manager

Our client has a well-established and demonstrable track record of delivering works to a high standard. Their consistent service to the wider construction industry has seen them go from strength to strength. Operating primarily as a main contractor, the business maintains a “family feel” and upholds the values and principles of a traditional organisation.

They have recently secured success within clean water frameworks and, as a result, are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Project Manager to be based in Inverness. You will join a team committed to the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of water infrastructure projects.

As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards are met
Budget management
Oversight and leadership of site personnel
Commercial management
Preparation of reports and accurate record-keeping
Ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled
Essential Requirements:

Educated to degree or HNC level in a relevant Civil Engineering discipline
Proven experience managing projects within the Scottish Water framework
Experience working specifically on clean water projects is essential
Extensive technical knowledge and responsibility across all civil site activities
Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
Willingness to travel and work at various sites across Scotland
Full UK driving licence
