Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established property, business, and private client law firm with a strong presence across Scotland as they are seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join their expanding team based in Glasgow city centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and confident paralegal to take ownership of their own caseload, dealing with residential purchases, sales, and remortgages. You will be joining a friendly, supportive office environment with a longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.

Experienced Residential Property Paralegal
Location: Glasgow 
Job Type: Full-time (In Office or Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000.00 – £38,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
Drafting and reviewing legal documents
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirementsRequirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property work within the Scottish legal system
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and legal case management software
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamWhat We Offer:
