This is a standout opportunity to join the Private Client team of a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, taking a senior leadership role within their Cheltenham office and wider Three Counties Hub. Recognised for their expertise and client service, the team advises high net worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, and agricultural clients. You will join a well-established team of over 100 Private Client professionals, with a strong reputation and ambitions for growth across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As Private Client Partner, you will lead the team and develop the firm's Private Client offering in Cheltenham and the surrounding area.
- Providing strategic leadership within the Private Client department
- Delivering high-quality legal advice across wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate
- Driving growth in the Three Counties region through client development and networking
- Overseeing and mentoring a team of solicitors and support staff
- Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence
- Collaborating with fellow Partners to ensure firm-wide strategic goals are met
- Maintaining regulatory compliance and upholding professional standards

ABOUT YOU
- Qualified solicitor with extensive experience in Private Client law
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Approachable, supportive, and collaborative leadership style
- STEP qualification or active involvement in relevant professional bodies is desirable
