The Role
As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll:
• Oversee the maintenance and safety of all College premises and utilities.
• Manage the Maintenance Team and external contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Establish and enforce safe working procedures while managing workloads effectively.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and identify staff training needs.
• Monitor resource allocation and make recommendations for improvements.
