* Position: Vehicle Prepper / Paint Sprayer

* Location: Hatfield, Herts

* Salary: £39,000 - £55,000 (Depending on experience)

* Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday

As a Vehicle Prepper, you’ll be essential in preparing vehicles for paintwork, ensuring they are restored to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities as a Vehicle Prepper include:

* Preparing vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming for painting

* Conducting inspections and repairs as necessary to ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for paint application

* Working efficiently with the paint team to meet quality and deadline expectations

* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

* Following health and safety guidelines meticulously

* Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in an automotive repair environment

* Knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, and priming techniques

* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship

* Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team

* Effective communication and time management skills
