The Job You’ll Do;

* Combination of office and manufacturing floor environments.

* Involves audits, inspections, and hands-on training.

* Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS.

* Plan and conduct internal audits.

* Support third-party certification audits as required.

* Maintain accurate document control and quality records.

* Lead 8D investigation for non-conformances and customer complaints, driving effective corrective actions.

* Perform and support first-off inspections, and prepare ISIR/PPAP documentation to ensure product and process conformity in line with customer requirements

* Deliver quality-related training to employees.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives.

* Support 5S and continuous improvement activities.

* Monitor and report on key quality performance metrics (KPIs)

About You;

* Experience in a quality or engineering role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and related quality standards.

* Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Quality, Engineering, or related field.

* Experience in auditing and quality systems management.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

* Clear and confident communicator with strong teamwork skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
