The Role

Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups

Help students access learning in ways that suit their individual needs

Encourage independence, communication, and life skills

Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

Assist with sensory routines and structured transitions

Provide personal care where required (full training provided)

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support teams

Who This Role Would Suit
