About the Role:

As the Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of this beautiful care facility. You will ensure compliance, drive occupancy, lead a committed team, and uphold the highest levels of resident care and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager or Registered Manager
Strong leadership and team management abilities
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
A commercial mindset with excellent marketing and business development skills
Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) preferred but not essential for experienced managers
