We are recruiting Maintenance Engineers to join a leading food production facility based in North Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced engineers to join a well-established manufacturer, operating in a high-speed, high-volume environment. These roles are essential to maintaining production performance and driving continuous improvements across the site, working on a 4 on 4 off days and nights rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems to minimise production downtime
Take a hands-on approach in both scheduled maintenance and immediate breakdown response
Maintain, optimise, and repair a range of equipment including slicing systems, seasoning units, conveyors, and automated packaging lines
Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to increase machine efficiency and reduce unplanned stoppages
Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure smooth running of equipment and minimal disruption
Ensure compliance with health & safety and internal maintenance procedures at all timesSkills & Experience Required:

Strong hands-on experience working with both electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing or production setting
Experience in a similar role (such as multi skilled engineer, electrical maintenance engineer, shift engineer, shift technician, maintenance technician)
Relevant engineering qualification - such as NVQ Level 3, BTEC, HNC/HND or equivalent apprenticeship
Practical knowledge of maintaining and troubleshooting automated machinery - particularly in packaging or food processing environments (preferred but not essential)
Confidence in reacting to breakdowns as well as carrying out preventative maintenance tasksThis role is a chance of something big! If this is of interest, then please apply
