About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Fabric Engineer to support the prestigious contract based in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and supportive FM team working on a secure and high-profile site — with no on-call rota!
You’ll be responsible for providing planned and reactive maintenance services, contributing to minor project work, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-functioning facility.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general maintenance and repairs across building fabric, basic plumbing, and minor electrical tasks.
*
Support small-scale project work and assist with site upgrades or refurbishments.
*
Work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and Sodexo’s quality standards.
*
Maintain records of work completed using CAFM systems.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a maintenance or building services role.
*
Competent in a range of trades including plumbing, carpentry, or basic electrical work.
*
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*
Must be a British Passport holder eligible for BPSS and SC clearance (mandatory for site access).
*
Experience working in secure or critical environments
