As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group support for pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, depending on need.

• Assist with personalised learning plans, implementing strategies tailored to each child’s development.

• Foster confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing through patience, encouragement, and positive relationships.

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

• Contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every learner feels valued.

This role is perfect for someone who is empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about helping children with diverse needs flourish. Whether you are an experienced TA or new to the sector with transferable skills, the school provides excellent guidance and opportunities to grow your expertise.
