As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support for pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, depending on need.
• Assist with personalised learning plans, implementing strategies tailored to each child’s development.
• Foster confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing through patience, encouragement, and positive relationships.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
• Contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every learner feels valued.
