You’ll be the go-to expert for engineering excellence, driving improvements, leading projects, and empowering teams with your technical know-how.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Own the performance of all production machinery—plan, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot to keep operations smooth and efficient.

* Coordinate projects to enhance manufacturing processes, introduce cutting-edge equipment, and scale production—all while keeping safety front and centre.

* Train production staff on new systems, processes, and safety protocols to build a culture of excellence.

* Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing proactive measures.

Qualifications:

* HNC/HND in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or NVQ Level 3

Experience:

* 5+ years in a high-volume/FMCG manufacturing environment

* Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles

* Expertise in lean manufacturing, quality control, and continuous improvement

* Strong command of health & safety regulations and risk management

* Excellent communicator and team collaborator
