Geography Teacher - Secondary Education
Location: Southend-on-Sea
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full-time

Are you an inspiring and knowledgeable Geography Teacher ready to bring the world to life in the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our client's successful humanities department and deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and KS5 if applicable).

✨ About the Role:

Teach Geography to students across KS3-KS4 (and KS5 if required)
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that spark curiosity about the natural world, human environments, and global issues
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
Contribute to curriculum development within the Humanities department
Engage in wider school initiatives, field trips, and enrichment opportunities

? We're Looking For:

A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)
Experience teaching Geography within a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for geographical enquiry
Excellent classroom management and the ability to motivate learners of all abilities
A team player who is committed, positive, and driven to make an impact
