Remedial Plumber – Dartford – covering North London & East London

Up to £38,000 + Van + Benefits

With a UK coverage, they currently require a Remedial Plumber with the following experience to join their London team.

* 5+ years’ experience working on commercial sites in the London/South-East area

* Proven experience in:

*

* Diagnosing faults on existing systems

* Repairing or replacing damaged pipework, valves and fittings

* Carry out reactive maintenance

* Ensure systems are compliant to building and water regulations

* Carry out legionella including dead-leg removal, TMV servicing, temperature checks and tank modifications

* Fixing hot water systems, calorifiers, cylinders, and trace heating

* Hold industry recognised qualifications such as G3 Unvented, NVQ L2 in Plumbing, NVQ L3 in Plumbing and Heating

* Full driving license

* DBS checked

Client sites will include Hospitals, Retail, Hotels, Schools, Universities, Offices and Care Homes and you will work in conjunction with an existing mechanical team covering PPM, reactive and where required installation upgrades.

The Remedial Plumber will be given full training and a career path to take on more responsibility, it is expected that the team is going to continue to grow as new projects are secured, therefore it is important the successful hire takes on more challenges and be willing to pass on industry advice to less experienced staff
