Rubicon’s client, a well-established organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products, is seeking a proactive and people-focused Shift Team Leader to join their operations team in Poole. As Shift Team Leader, you will:

Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment in line with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Standard Operating Procedures
Lead and develop your team through coaching, performance conversations, and development plans
Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective operations
Manage labour and materials to meet production schedules and budget requirements
Deputise for the Shift Manager when required and contribute to site-wide improvement projects
As Shift Team Leader, you will have:

Previous experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong people management and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental, and hygiene standards
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across departments
Basic hygiene qualification (desirable) and computer literacy
