We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join a successful, well known House Builder located in Peterborough.

Duties include:

* Manage site as agreed with the Technical Director/Manager from design stage to post completion, in line with delivery programme, key dates and Life of Site process.

* Undertake the Principal Designer role as defined within the Construction Design & Management Regulation 2015 and completion of all necessary Health, Safety & Environmental documents, in line with Group Policy & procedures.

* Prepare Pre Development programme and and work with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to manage risks through the project.

* Co-ordinate delivery of surveys & reports required for the development and manage associated requirements from design to completion.

* Manage the process of obtaining consultant fee proposals and formal appointment documents in accordance with Group procedures.

* Co-ordinate consultants to deliver the civil engineering designs including legal plans and the house type working drawing packs including ancillary designs.

* Undertaking value engineering assessments and ensure buildability is considered.

Requirements:

* Previous house building experience

* Capable of managing 2-3 projects at one time
