As part of this journey, they are seeking to appoint an Operations Manager / Head of Projects to take strategic and operational leadership of project delivery across the business.

Overview:

You will lead all aspects of project delivery from contract award through to completion, handover, and aftercare — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing leadership and direction to Contracts Managers and site teams

* Driving programme performance and operational consistency across projects

* Working closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure contractual and commercial obligations are effectively managed

* Supporting pre-construction with technical input around buildability, value engineering, and delivery strategy

* Maintaining and strengthening client and stakeholder relationships to support repeat business
