Specific Shift Available: Monday - Wednesday, 08:30 - 15:30

Start Date: Monday 2nd March 2026

Salary: £13.84 - £15.00 per hour

Do you find joy in helping little ones learn and grow? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our network of vibrant nurseries and primary schools as Early Years Assistants and Practitioners.

For our current immediate vacancy, you must hold a recognised 0-5 EYFS Teaching Assistant or Nursery Practitioner qualification.

The Role & Setting

You will be placed at a local setting that matches your availability and professional development plan. You will work within a supportive team to make a real difference in a child's formative years.

Key Responsibilities include:

Learning & Play: Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors.
Care & Wellbeing: Assisting with personal care needs (toileting/feeding) and following strict safeguarding procedures.
Environment: Helping to create a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment; preparing resources and tidying up.
Development: Observing children's progress, encouraging social and communication skills, and feeding back to the team.
Daily Support: Supporting children during play and structured activities, ensuring their well-being is paramount.

We are looking for individuals who:

Must hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3).
Have a genuine interest in working with children from birth to 5 years.
Are patient, positive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
