We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our client’s Property Maintenance Team across the Bristol/Gloucster area. This is a hands-on role where you’ll carry out a wide range of carpentry work across residential properties. As much of the role involves travelling, we provide a company van and fuel card so you won’t be out of pocket.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Carpenter in the Property Repairs Team, you’ll be responsible for:

* 1st and 2nd fix carpentry

* Installing windows, doors, and door frames (internal and external)

* UPVC servicing and installation

* Locksmith work including gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling, and picking

* All types of fencing: posts, feather edge, chain link, panels

* Kitchen fitting, assembly, and minor joinery

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in a similar role, ideally within residential or housing sectors

* NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or at least 5 years proven carpentry experience

* Full UK driving licence with at least 2 years’ experience, able to drive and take home a company van

* Ability to pass essential checks: licence, qualifications, and basic disclosure
