An established and forward-thinking property and construction consultancy is seeking a Senior or Associate-level Project Manager to join their Nottingham office.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role within a respected team that continues to grow. You'll be responsible for delivering a range of high-quality projects across sectors.
  
Key Responsibilities

Leading the delivery of multiple construction projects across various sectors
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and developing long-term relationships
Managing project budgets, timelines, risk, and reporting at each stage
Coordinating consultant teams and monitoring contractor performance
Supporting business development, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to team growth   What We’re Looking For

Chartered (MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB) or on the path to qualification
Proven consultancy-side project management experience
A track record of managing projects across more than one sector
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
A proactive mindset and clear ambition to advance into senior leadership   What’s on Offer

Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 (dependent on experience)
