Facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Assist with performance management processes, providing valuable feedback and guidance to employees and managers
Provide support and advice to senior management on HR-related mattersRequirements:

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practises
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
