Role Details:

Working on occupied and void social housing properties
*
Assisting trades on site with rip-outs, skips, waste disposal, and general site labouring
*
Driving materials and waste between sites as required
*
Maintaining site cleanliness and supporting operatives as needed
Requirements:
*
Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, and Working at Heights certificates
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Experience working within social housing or property maintenance preferred
Rate: £14.00 per hour CIS – weekly pay
Start: ASAP
