The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to join a growing team. This hybrid role offers a balance of:
* Remote working
* Regular travel to customer sites
* On-site support to the internal sales team
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
* Support the internal sales team with quotations and sales processes
* Manage and grow key accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships
* Visit customer sites to assess needs and provide tailored solutions
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region
* Provide market feedback and contribute to strategic sales planning
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in metal manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication
* Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Capable of managing a varied schedule with autonomy
* Full UK driving license (required)
