We are currently recruiting an experienced temp TIG and MIG Welder for a role based in Cheshire . This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled welders to join a growing team with ongoing work and excellent temp pay.
Duties
* Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, including sheet metal and ductwork.
* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as press brake machines and plasma cutters for fabrication tasks.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute precise welding and assembly operations.
Experience
* Proven experience in HGV workshop for trucks site environments is preferred.
* Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, and other welding techniques is essential.
* Familiarity with mechanical knowledge, basic math skills, calipers, micrometers, and fabrication processes.
* Experience with machining, soldering, ductwork installation, and assembly is advantageous.
* Ability to operate cranes safely as needed for specific tasks.
