This role offers an excellent opportunity to build strong relationships across a diverse client base — from sole traders to senior leaders of larger organisations — while working closely with experienced colleagues to support business objectives and exceed service expectations.

Role Overview

As a Commercial Account Handler, you will:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients.

* Review client documentation with a keen eye for detail to support the quoting process.

* Assist Commercial Account Executives in driving high levels of renewal retention, exceeding expectations and meeting FCA requirements.

* Process data promptly and accurately using internal systems to support excellent levels of client service and internal process execution.

* Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager and other internal stakeholders to achieve team goals.
