What We Offer

Competitive starting salary of £28,000 - £30,000, plus uncapped commission (first-year earnings £35,000 - £40,000+)

The Role
You'll be joining a high-performing, supportive team in Manchester and play a vital part in connecting schools with quality educators. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Interviewing and supporting education professionals for temporary and permanent roles

Promoting candidates to schools across the region

Building lasting relationships with schools and education staff

Hitting personal and team performance targets

Earning commission for every placement and achievement
