This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sport and physical education to make a meaningful impact on children’s confidence, wellbeing, and love for being active.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality PE lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, helping pupils develop key physical skills, teamwork, and resilience. The role combines teaching, supervision, and enrichment, offering variety and genuine reward throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead Breakfast Club and after-school sports sessions, promoting active participation across all age groups.
• Support and plan school sporting events and inter-school competitions.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive approach to physical activity.
• Promote pupil wellbeing and healthy lifestyles across the school community.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and school leaders to maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement, and safety.
About You
You will:
• Have experience delivering PE or sports coaching to primary-aged children.
• Be energetic, positive, and well-organised, with a genuine passion for sport and education.
• Demonstrate strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Understand safeguarding, health and safety, and risk assessment in school settings.
