Corporate Finance Executive Key Requirements:
* ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
* Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting financial data for corporate finance purposes
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Highly organised, pro-active, and able to manage multiple corporate finance assignments
* Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders
* Commercially aware with ambition to contribute to corporate finance business development
Corporate Finance Executive Main Duties:
* Support the corporate finance team across buy-side, sell-side, and fundraising mandates
* Prepare company valuations, financial forecasts, and corporate finance reports
* Assist in the preparation of sales, investment, and funding memorandums
* Engage with potential acquirers, private equity, debt funders, and other corporate finance stakeholders
* Support financial due diligence and other corporate finance activities
