1. Full Time Experienced Assistant Bar Manager / Willenhall / £Neg / Immediate Start

​​​​​We are looking to recruit an experienced Bar Person to oversee our small, local, friendly pub.

You must have had at least 5 years managerial experience in hospitality and must be fully trained in all aspects of running a pub/restaurant. References will be required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Ensuring the smooth running or the bar and kitchen

* Staff rotas

* Ensuring sufficient stock at all times

* Organising the entertainment programme

* Cellar management

* Able to run the bar alone on quieter shifts
