Senior Quantity Surveyor – Water – Skipton/Hybrid- £65k + Package

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a family feel business with an impressive client base in the Water Industry?

Our client is a specialist MEICA contractor who works both directly for the Water companies as well as providing specialist services to other main contractors on the AMP frameworks.

They work on projects ranging up to £4m in value and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple projects, ensuring commercial compliance with contracts, working closely with the project delivery teams as well as providing mentoring to an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. These are all NEC3/4 contracts.

The office is in Skipton and the role itself is hybrid with two to three days in the office and two to three days working at home. The company is constantly looking to develop their staff and will consider someone looking to take the next step in their career to a Senior Quantity Surveyor level and provide supportive training and development.
