We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Teacher of DT to join our thriving secondary school located in the heart of Brentwood. Position: Full-time

Location: Brentwood

Pay Scale: In line with the Fringe Teachers' Pay Scale

As a Teacher of DT, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5. You will play a key role in promoting creativity, problem-solving and technical skills in our students, ensuring they achieve their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality DT lessons that cater to a range of abilities

Contribute to the development of an innovative DT curriculum

Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback

Engage in departmental activities and whole school initiatives

Support and inspire students with a passion for design and innovation

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be an excellent Teacher of DT with a record of success at secondary level

Have the ability to teach across KS3 to KS5

Possess strong classroom management skills

Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to the subject

Be a team player with excellent communication skills
