Your Impact:
Relationship Architect: You will build and maintain inclusive, positive relationships with prospective parents and pupils, ensuring every family receives a welcoming and approachable response.
Admissions Expert: You will oversee the full life-cycle of admissions, including managing school tours, coordinating assessments, and facilitating the scholarship application process.
Event Coordinator: Play a key role in the planning and execution of public-facing events such as Open Mornings, Exhibition Events, and Taster Days.
Data Driven: You will maintain accurate records on the School's Management Information System (SIMS), using statistics to help assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Team Liaison: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and internal departments to provide regular updates on applications and ensure smooth pupil inductions.
What You Bring:
Skills: Strong analytical and numeracy skills to handle statistical data, paired with excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
Communication: The ability to communicate succinctly and professionally with a variety of audiences, both in person and in writing.
Attributes: A proactive, organised, and methodical approach to work, with the flexibility to attend weekend or evening events when required.
Integrity: A firm believer in the school's ethos, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data protection.
Desirable: Experience with School Information Management Systems (SIMS) and a background in sales or marketing principles.
