Production Operative

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities

* Standing at a work station picking and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

* Ensure that all products are handled and stored with care.

* Using hand held scanners to locate products/stock

* Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.

* Maintain a clean and organised work area.

* Meet or exceed productivity targets and work efficiently to meet customer demands.

* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

* Previous experience working in a warehouse or fulfilment role would be beneficial

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
