We are hiring for an experienced and motivated Executry Paralegal to join our clients busy and friendly Private Client team in Inverness.

Description

You'll manage a varied caseload of executries and succession planning matters, with support from private client partners and solicitors. Your work will include progressing both testate and intestate executries, drafting wills and powers of attorney, and liaising with colleagues, clients, and agents.

Profile

Proven experience in executry work

Confidence managing cases independently with a detail-focused approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational ability with a knack for prioritising
