An established, design-led architectural practice based in central Manchester is seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to support a broad variety of exciting healthcare projects, spanning both refurbishment and new-build work.

Key Responsibilities
Support the technical delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring full compliance with client briefs, statutory requirements, and industry standards
Contribute to site delivery, providing technical input, resolving construction issues, and supporting contractors and consultants
Work closely with architects, designers, consultants, and clients to develop robust, practical, and innovative technical solutions
Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction information
General Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience within an Architectural or multi-disciplined design environment.
Previous experience of healthcare projects would be an advantage but is not essential
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused approach
Sound knowledge of building regulations, standards, and technical compliance requirements
Software Requirements
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop is advantageous
