Are you passionate about supporting young children's development in a warm, caring, and stimulating environment? We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners in Watford - either on a full-time or bank staff basis.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years. You'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging setting where every child can thrive.

Requirements

✅ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
✅ Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service - or willingness to apply (we'll refund the cost after 20 days of working)
✅ Ability to provide a minimum of 2 references from the last 2 years
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ A genuine passion for working with young children
