Quantity Surveyor - Birmingham
Quantity Surveyor - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.
They have several projects started including a new build school in Birmingham (£15m) where the successful candidate would work as the commercial lead alongside the project delivery team.

Requirements:
- Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor
- Experience dealing with / managing final accounts
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Industry related qualification
Responsibilities:
- Experience on Design & Build projects £5m - £35m
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Production of CVRs
The Package:
- Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000
- Company Car Allowance (£5,500)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £5m - £20m.
