Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a trainee teaching assistant to join a high-achieving secondary school in Salford from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to make a difference in the classroom.
In this role, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support lesson delivery and help prepare engaging learning resources aligned with the national curriculum. You’ll also provide one-to-one support for students with additional needs and lead small group intervention sessions.
Key details:
Earn £1790 - £1900 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
Paid weekly, every Friday
Start date: September 2025
Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service required, or willingness to apply for one
Level 2 Teaching Assistant training available at a 75% discount for successful applicants
