Are you a highly skilled scientist with 4+ years of hands-on experience? Our client are looking for a Chemist to join an innovative team working on a wide variety of projects.

Job Specification

* Lead the design and development of new formulations in response to detailed client requirements

* Take responsibility for technical aspects of formulation projects

* Work with team members to prepare lab batches

* Research and evaluate new materials, techniques, and technologies for application in formulation development

* Organise and upload data using internal systems and software

* Liaise with clients, partners, and suppliers throughout project timelines

* Attend professional development events, training sessions, and relevant external meetings

Person Specification

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Has 4+ years of experience within a laboratory or development setting

* Holds a degree or Master’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline

* Has experience managing projects

* Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills

* Is confident working independently and collaboratively within a team environment

* Has strong organisational skills

* Is comfortable working with compliance and regulatory documentation

* Has a growth mindset and is enthusiastic about learning and applying new techniques and technologies
