Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator – LS27
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Location: LS27 (with occasional travel)

Are you a highly motivated, career-driven individual looking to take the next step in your career? We’re on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced, reactive operations team — with clear progression opportunities into a Managerial role within 6–9 months.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, dynamic position where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of 5 engineers, ensuring seamless project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage engineers’ diaries and site visits
Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Monitor and manage project budgets, keeping costs low and within scope
Liaise with customers to ensure engineers are booked and site-ready
Oversee subcontractors and ensure site surveys are completed
Perform credit checks on customers to avoid delays
Ensure all departments stay within budget and deadlines are met

Proven experience in a reactive, fast-paced environment
Background in project coordination or engineering team management
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Budget-conscious mindset with a focus on cost control
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing a team or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
Flexibility to commute when required
