Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive
Location: Warrington (Hybrid working available post-probation)
Salary: Up to £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Saturday Working: 1 Saturday per month, 9am–1pm (rota-based, post-probation)

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of personal lines clients — with a focus on car and home insurance
Delivering outstanding service to both new and existing customers
Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase customer value
Taking ownership of renewals with a retention-first mindset
Generating and following up on warm leads to grow your pipeline
Ensuring accuracy in policy documentation and client communications
Contributing to a supportive, high-performing team environment What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in personal lines insurance, ideally across car and home policies
A background in broking, sales, or client retention
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solution-driven approach to customer needs
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to deliver beyond expectations
