We’re working with a reputable construction business seeking a skilled Timber Frame Designer to join their technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in off-site construction or timber frame detailing to work on a variety of residential and commercial schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce accurate and detailed timber frame drawings and schedules
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams
* Ensure designs meet structural requirements and building regulations
* Use specialist HSBCAD software to develop layouts and fabrication drawings
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in timber frame or off-site construction design
* Proficiency with design software HSBCAD
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Understanding of UK building regulations and structural detailing
